Country Heart Blends

So extremely excited to announce, Country Heart Blends will now be available in Volant Mills.    Volant Mills is a unique country mercantile shop featuring Amish made furniture, quilted wall hangings and many other locally made Amish goods.  Be sure to check out the Pantry section to not only purchase all your favorite Country Heart Blends products but try some of the great jams, jellies, and pickles they have on hand.  I know I can't wait to try...

Our hours will be Tuesday and Thursday evenings 5-9.  We will be open for all your last minute holiday needs on Saturday, December 22nd from 10-2.  Be sure to stop by and pick up some last minute gift ideas/

Winter hours will be by appointment.  We would love to open the shop for you so just give us a call 425-1065.  Normal hours will return in the spring.

We are so excited to finally have our gift shop open.  It has been a long process, but it is finally open and ready.  We did all the work ourselves on the inside (thus the reason for the long process) and are proud of it.  We will offer hours Tuesday and Thursday 5-8, Saturday 10-4 and Sunday 12-4 through Christmas.  If these hours don't work we would be happy to set an appointment up for you to stop by.

So I went to Volant yesterday and was thrilled to see an empty counter!!! Thanks Volant customers you're the greatest! Have no fear though the counter got filled with lots of "Sweet Treats".

It has been awhile since I've written in our weekly blog, guess it isn't really hasn't been a weekly blog. I promise to start doing better, especially with craft show season almost upon us.

So this week was a crazy baking week as we also were starting to but the walk way and deck onto the building so our gift shop can open soon. We started the building project on Wednesday and hope to finish it in the next few weeks.

Tomorrow is Volant Shops annual Easter Egg Hunt and do we have lots of goodies for you to find at Miss Scarlett's Gift Parlor.  The shelves will be lined with lots of "Sweet Treats" when the doors open in the morning.  We made nut rolls and hot cross buns for a  special treat.  We have cinnamon rolls, decorated sugar cookies, chocolate chip coffee cake, monkey bread,  more chocolate eggs, just to name a few of the goodies on their way in the morning.

Heading to Volant first thing in the morning with Monkey Bread, Whoopie Pies, and 6 different varieties of cookies. The "sweet treats" will be there when Miss Scarlet's Gift Parlor opens.

Just finished a cookie order for a customer for her daughter  to take to school as her birthday treat tomorrow.  We individually packaged chocolate chip cookies and created a personalized birthday tag for each one.  They turned out really cute, hope she likes them.  Remember when you want a homemade "Sweet Treat"  for that special birthday celebration let Country Heart Blends help with homemade cookies or cupcakes.   We can personalize tags on...

Tomorrow we will be delivering the following yummy goodies to Miss Scarlett's Gift Parlor in Volant: Hot Cross Buns, Cinnamon Rolls, Monkey Bread, Whoopie Pies, Peanut Butter Cup Cookies, Snickerdoodle Cookies, Macadamia Nut with White Chocolate Chunks, and Chocolate Chip Cookies. We are very excited about our cinnamon rolls this week. We are using a new recipe and they are DELICIOUS!
